TERMS AND CONDITIONS – $25 WELCOME VOUCHER FOR NEW DELIVERY AND RIDESHARE DRIVERS

 

  1. Standard Terms

1.1 Information on how to take part in the promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promoter Details

2.1 The promoter is Fast Cities Australia Pty Ltd (trading as Evie Networks) (Promotor), ABN: 58 613 484 754, of Level 4, 410 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.

2.2 “Participant” means any person who enters this promotion by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotional Period

3.1 The promotion commences at 12am AEDT on Thursday, 9 October 2025 until withdrawn by Evie Networks.

4. Who is eligible?

4.1 A new Evie customer who qualifies as a delivery or rideshare driver and is aged 18 years or over.

4.2 Only one (1) voucher per person, email address, and household is permitted.

4.3 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

5.1 To enter the promotion, eligible participants must:

  • Complete the online registration form with accurate personal details
  • Provide proof of delivery or rideshare driver status if requested
  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions Consent to receiving promotional communications via email

5.2 The Promoter will assess eligibility within 72 hours of form submission and notify participants via email.

6. Promotion Benefits

6.1 Eligible participants will receive a $25 Evie charging voucher via email within 7 days of eligibility confirmation.

6.2 The $25 voucher must be activated in the Evie App within 7 days of receiving the email, prior to being used.

6.3 The voucher is valid for 14 days from the date of activation. It can be used for multiple charging sessions until the total value is exhausted or until it expires, whichever comes first.

6.4 Any balance remaining after the voucher expires will be automatically forfeited.

6.5 The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.

6.6 The voucher may be subject to other terms and conditions as outlined in Evie’s Terms of Service which can be viewed at: https://evie.com.au/terms-of-service/.

6.7 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion Benefit for any participant who has not complied with the above requirements or provided false information.

7. General Terms and Conditions

7.1 It is a condition of accepting any Promotion Benefit that the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all the conditions of use of the Promotion Benefit. Each Promotion Benefit must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a customer is unable to use the Promotion Benefit as stated. 

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including a participant’s identity, age, place of residence, and driver status). If there is a dispute as to the identity of a participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

7.3 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct in relation to the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

7.4 Unless explicitly stated, Promotion Benefits are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or credit. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any Promotion Benefits. 

7.5 In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or suspend or modify the Promotion Benefit.

7.6 If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, legal constraints, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

7.7 Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting and using the vouchers in accordance with Evie’s Terms of Service which can be viewed at https://evie.com.au/terms-of-service/. 

7.8 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify any applicable statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion. 

7.9 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter is not responsible for and excludes and is released from all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Promotion Benefits claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter); (d) any variation in Promotion Benefits value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a participant; or (f) taking/use of and/or participation in the promotion. 

7.10 Each participant indemnifies the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) against any claims, losses and/or damages caused by the participant and/or any person for whom the participant is responsible, in relation to this promotion.

7.11 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information and authorising the use of such information as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions and the Promotor’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use this information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update or correct personal information to the Promoter.
