Standard Terms
1.1 Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Participation in the Autocharge and Win Giveaway promotion (Promotion) is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter Details
2.1 The promoter is Fast Cities Australia Pty Ltd (trading as Evie Networks) ABN: 58 613 484 754 of Level 4, 410 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 (Promotor).
Promotional Period
3.1 The Promotion commences at 8am AEST on Thursday 27, November 2025, and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday 7, December 2025.
Who can Enter
4.1 Entry is open only to individuals who, during the survey period, are:
4.1.1 18 years of age or older;
4.1.2 Australian residents who received an invitation to participate via email from the Promotor (Invitation) ; and
4.1.3 Satisfy the requirements of an Eligible Entry set out in clause 5 below.
4.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
4.3 If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
Eligible Entry
5.1 To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
5.1.1 Be an existing Evie customer with a registered account;
5.1.2 Complete an Eligible Autocharge Charge Session at any Evie charging station in Australia, using the same registered Evie account
5.2 An Eligible Autocharge Charge Session is defined as follows:
5.2.1 Each Autocharge charge session must result in a minimum of 6kWh being delivered, which can be verified on the charging session receipt or in the past charging sessions section of the Evie App.
5.2.2 The Autocharge charging session must be successfully completed, and payment must be processed and completed.
5.3 Failed or incomplete Autocharge charge sessions will not be counted as an Eligible Autocharge Charge Session. This includes, but is not limited to, sessions where charging is interrupted due to technical issues, connection failures, or equipment malfunctions, regardless of the reason for the failure.
5.4 Refunded or disputed charge sessions will not be counted as Eligible Autocharge Charge Sessions.
5.5 Entry into the Prize Draw is automatic upon the completion of one Eligible Autocharge Charge Session during the Promotional Period. Entrants will receive one (1) entry per Eligible Autocharge Charge Session.
5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that, in the opinion of the Promoter:
5.6.1 Includes tampering with the entry process;
5.6.2 Does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or;
5.6.3 Is deemed fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
Prize Details
6.1 There are thirteen (13) prizes available to be won:
1st prize: One (1) Weber Family Q3100N+ LP barbeque in red (RRP AUD $899)
2nd prize: Two (2) JBL Flip 7 Portable Speaker valued at $179 each (RRP AUD $179 each)
3rd prize: Two (2) Coles digital gift cards valued at $100 each (RRP AUD $100 each)
4th Prize: Eight (8) EVENTS or Hoyts Cinema Family Vouchers (RRP AUD $62-95 each depending on provider)
6.2 The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $2,118 – AUD $2,217 (based on recommended retail prices and cinema voucher provider availability).
6.3 There will be thirteen (13) winners selected in total: one (1) first prize winner, two (2) second prize winners, two (2) third prize winners and eight (8) fourth prize winners. Each winner will receive one (1) prize only. No winner may win more than one (1) prize.
6.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6.5 Prize colours, models, specifications, and/or cinema voucher provider (EVENTS or Hoyts) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cinema voucher provider will be determined by the Promoter based on availability at the time of prize fulfillment.
6.6 Any warranty or guarantee on prizes is provided by the manufacturer and not the Promoter. Winners must deal directly with the manufacturer for any warranty claims, repairs, or technical support relating to their prize.
6.7 Digital gift cards and cinema vouchers will be sent via email to the winner’s registered email address or provided in the format available at the time of prize fulfillment.
Prize Conditions
7.1 The 1st prize (Weber Family Q3100N+ LP barbeque) and 2nd prize (JBL Flip 7 Portable Speakers) will be purchased from an authorised retailer and is subject to the retailer’s standard terms and conditions of sale. The 3rd prize (Coles digital gift cards) are subject to Card.Gift’s Terms and Conditions. Winners therefore consent to Card.Gift’s Terms and Conditions, which can be found here: https://card.gift/terms-and-conditions. The 4th prize (cinema vouchers) are subject to the respective cinema provider’s (EVENTS or Hoyts) standard terms and conditions of use.
7.2 All prizes are also subject to the respective manufacturer’s or provider’s standard terms and conditions of use and warranty (where applicable).
7.3 Winners are responsible for familiarising themselves with and complying with all applicable terms and conditions for their respective prize.
7.4 Cinema vouchers are subject to session availability, blackout dates, and other restrictions as determined by the cinema provider. Winners must check with EVENTS or Hoyts directly for specific terms, expiry dates, and booking requirements.
7.5 Coles digital gift cards are subject to expiry dates and usage terms as specified by Coles. Winners are responsible for checking the terms and conditions and using the gift cards before expiry.
7.6 The Promoter makes no representation or warranty regarding the performance, quality, or suitability of any prize and disclaims all responsibility and/or liability in connection with the prizes once awarded.
Prize Draw and Notification of the Winners
8.1 This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be automatically included in the random prize draw.
8.2 A total of thirteen (13) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. One (1) winner will receive the 1st prize (Weber Family Q3100N+ LP barbeque), two (2) winners will receive the 2nd prize (JBL Flip 7 Portable Speaker)m two (2) winers will receive the 3rd prize (Coles digital gift cards), and eight (8) winners will receive the 4th prize (EVENTS or Hoyts Cinema Family Vouchers) (see Prize Details).
8.3 The prize draw will take place at 11:00 am AEDT on Monday, 8 December 2025 at Work Club, Bay 5-7 North, 2 Locomotive Street, Eveleigh, Sydney NSW 2015, or such other location as the Promoter determines.
8.4 Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries via an automated random selection process.
8.5 The winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the prize draw. The winner must respond within 72 hours in accordance with clause 8.6 or the prize may be reallocated.
8.6 The winner must acknowledge acceptance of and claim their prize by replying to the Promoter’s email. This information will be used to deliver the prize accordingly.
8.7 If for any reason a winner does not acknowledge, accept and claim their prize by 11:59 pm AEST on Friday, 12 December 2025, the prize will be completely forfeited by the winner, no cash or alternative prize will be awarded in lieu of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
8.8 In the event of any redraw, the same notification and response process will apply.
8.9 The Promotor (including its respective officers, employees and agents) shall have no liability and is not responsible for any issues arising from a winner’s inability to receive or send email messages. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where emails may be affected by spam filters, security settings, or when winners provide incorrect or non-functioning email addresses.
8.10 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no discussions or correspondence regarding the draw results will be entered into.
Prize Delivery
9.1 Upon acceptance and claiming of the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the winner(s) agree(s) to the following delivery procedures:.
9.2 The 1st prize (Weber Family Q3100N+ LP barbeque) abd 2nd prize (JBL Flip 7 Portable Speaker) will be arranged for delivery or collection by the Promoter in consultation with the authorized retailer. The winners will be contacted to arrange suitable delivery or collection details within 60 business days of the winner’s acceptance of the prize. If delivery can be arranged, the Promotor will pay the retailer’s standard delivery fee for delivery in urban areas within a reasonable distance from the retailer.
9.3 The 3rd prize (Coles digital gift cards) and 4th prize (EVENTS or Hoyts Cinema Family Vouchers) will be delivered via email to the winner’s registered email address within 21 business days of the winner’s acceptance and provision of any required details.
9.4 For the 1st prize and 2nd prize, if delivery is arranged, it may be subject to the retailer’s delivery terms and conditions, including any additional delivery fees, timeframes, and geographic limitations. The winner will be required to arrange collection from the retailer if delivery is not available to their location.
9.5 Winners of digital prizes (gift cards and cinema vouchers) are responsible for ensuring their email address is correct and that they check their email (including spam/junk folders) regularly.
9.6 It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to ensure that their delivery address is accurate and that they are available to receive delivery. The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any issues arising from:
9.6.1 Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the winner;
9.6.2 Failed delivery attempts due to the winner’s unavailability or inability to receive delivery at the address nominated by the winner;
9.6.3 Email delivery issues including but not limited to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or full inboxes; and/or
9.6.4 Delays or failures in delivery caused by the retailer, email service providers, or other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
General Terms and Conditions
10.1 It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with these Terms and Conditions, all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and as is and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10.3 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct in relation to the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10.4 Unless explicitly stated, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize.
10.5 In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or another disruptive event outside the Promotor’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or suspend or modify a prize.
10.6 If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
10.7 Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is dependent on entrants being bound by and acting in accordance with Evie’s Terms of Service which can be viewed at https://evie.com.au/terms-of-service/
10.8 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify any applicable statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
10.9 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter is not responsible for and excludes and is released from all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter); (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking/use of and/or participation in a prize or the Promotion.
10.10 Each winner indemnifies the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) against any claims, losses and/or damages caused by the winner, its guest, and/or any person for whom the winner is responsible, in relation to this Promotion.
10.11 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information and authorising the use of such information as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions and the Promotor’s Privacy Policy.. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use this information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
