The discount is valid for personal use for the first 1000kWh of charging every year at selected Evie fast-charging stations.

How to redeem your EVIE RACQ discount

Redeeming your RACQ member discount with Evie is easy! Simply follow these steps:

Download the Evie app and create an account
Select ‘Profile’ in the bottom navigation bar and click “Vouchers”
Select “RACQ” in the available vouchers.
Add your 16-digit RACQ membership number to link the voucher

Once linked, you will now be able to see the RACQ voucher in your account.

How can Evie customers access the RACQ discount?

If you’re an Evie customer and an RACQ member, link your RACQ membership number in the Evie app using the steps above. Once linked, you can view your active 4c per kWh discount under “My Vouchers”, in the app’s Vouchers page. The discount is automatically applied every time you charge.

Please note that if your RACQ membership lapses, Evie will remove your ongoing discount voucher.

Where can drivers find their RACQ membership number?

RACQ members will find their membership number on the front of their membership card. Please ensure to enter the membership number on the front, not the barcode number on the back.

The RACQ membership number can also be found on their digital card in the Stocard and Apple Wallet apps. For more information on how RACQ members can download their digital membership card, click here.

Where can the RACQ member discount be used?

The RACQ member discount is only available at Evie DC fast chargers in QLD and select Northern NSW locations – refer to the map area below.

How do I know if my discount will be applied?

After linking your RACQ membership number in the Evie app, select a site and plug in your vehicle. Before starting the charge, you’ll see confirmation that the 4c per kWh RACQ discount is active.

What happens if a RACQ member charges in an area outside QLD or Northern NSW?

The RACQ member discount offer will not apply. This means Evie’s standard rates will apply and no discount will be applied.

I have two electric vehicles – Will I be able to get the 4 cent per kWh discount for both cars?

Your discount is linked to your RACQ membership number, not a specific vehicle. This means you can use your 4 cents per kWh discount for charging sessions with two or more EVs, as long as they are linked to the same Evie account.

However, if your two cars are linked to separate Evie accounts, the RACQ discount can only be applied to one account and therefore one vehicle.

Are there any limits to this voucher?

Fair use policy applies – there is a 1000kWh annual limit from the date your RACQ membership is linked in the Evie App.

Driver must be a registered Evie customer
Driver must have a linked RACQ membership number in the Evie App to be eligible for any offer
Evie and RACQ will undergo a process to regularly verify RACQ membership numbers linked in the Evie App. If Evie is advised by RACQ that any RACQ membership number linked in the App is:
o not a valid membership number
o does not belong to the Evie driver using it
o is in use by another Evie driver
o Belongs to a member who has since left RACQ the RACQ membership number will be removed from the Evie App along with any applicable discount offer
Driver must be an active RACQ personal member at time of use (not business member)
Fair use policy applies – 1000kWh annual limit from the date a driver’s RACQ membership is linked in the Evie App
4c per kWh discount off Evie’s standard rates applies to charging sessions on Evie chargers in QLD and Northern NSW only.
