Log in
We created an Evie account for you – It’s been set up with the same email address that you received our welcome email. You don’t have a password yet, so make sure you follow the next step!
Reset your password
Open the Evie app and click ‘login’. Enter your email address and click ‘I forgot my password.’ Evie Networks will send you an email prompting you to reset your password
Add a payment method
A valid payment method must be added to complete the account setup and ensure successful charging. Don’t worry – Your credit card won’t get charged during the charging offer period. To do this, log into your account, click the profile icon and under the payment section, click ‘Add Payment Method.’

Tap & Charge with the Evie RFID Card
The Evie Networks RFID card provides a convenient way for regular tap and charge access to all Evie charging stations.
Look out for an RFID card which will be sent via mail. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the delivery.
FAQs
What is included in the offer?
2000 kWh of free charging at any Evie charging station across Australia. The offer period is 12 months and the free charging must be used within this period.
How long do I have to accept the offer?
Customers have 30 days to accept the offer and sign up for the free charging. The 30 days start from the day Evie sends the welcome email prompting the customer to accept the terms & conditions. If 30 days have passed, customers must contact Pepper Money.
I already have an Evie account. How do I make sure the charging offer gets activated?
If you already have an existing Evie account, the charging offer will only apply if the account uses the same email address associated with your Pepper Money account. If your account doesn’t use the same email address, we will create a new Evie account for you using your Pepper Money email address. Make sure to follow the steps above (starting from step 3).
Where can I charge?
You can charge at any Evie public fast charging station across Australia. To locate Evie chargers, search via the Evie app, Google Maps or PlugShare.
Can I only use the Evie charging offer with the new EV I bought through Pepper Money?
Yes, the offer is only valid for use in conjunction with the newly financed Pepper Money EV.
Is there a limit on the amount of charge I can put in at any one time?
This solely depends on your vehicle’s maximum charging capacity. You can charge for as long as your vehicle can handle, keeping in mind that the charging offer caps at 2,000 kwH.
