Get Started With Your Evie Charging Offer

Log in

We created an Evie account for you – It’s been set up with the same email address that you received our welcome email. You don’t have a password yet, so make sure you follow the next step!

Reset your password

Open the Evie app and click ‘login’. Enter your email address and click ‘I forgot my password.’ Evie Networks will send you an email prompting you to reset your password

Add a payment method

A valid payment method must be added to complete the account setup and ensure successful charging. Don’t worry – Your credit card won’t get charged during the charging offer period. To do this, log into your account, click the profile icon and under the payment section, click ‘Add Payment Method.’

Start Charging

FAQs

What is included in the offer?

This will be communicated to you by the offer provider. They will let you know how much free charging you’re entitled to and how long the offer period lasts.

How long do I have to accept the offer?

Customers have 30 days to accept the offer and sign up for the free charging. The 30 days start from the day Evie sends the welcome email prompting the customer to accept the terms & conditions. If 30 days have passed, customers must contact the company that provided them with the offer.

I already have an Evie account. How do I make sure the charging offer gets activated?

If the email address on your existing Evie account matches the email address you’ve used with your offer provider, then the offer will apply to your existing Evie account. If these don’t match, we’ll create a new Evie account for you using the email address given to us by the offer provider. Make sure to follow the steps above (starting from step 3).

Where can I charge?

You can charge at any Evie public fast charging station across Australia. To locate Evie chargers, search via the Evie app, Google Maps or PlugShare.

Is there a limit on the amount of charge I can put in at any one time?

This solely depends on your vehicle’s maximum charging capacity. You can charge for as long as your vehicle can handle, keeping in mind the amount of charging your offer entitles you to.
